Almost Done

We’re almost done! Just a few more finishing touches remain.

Granite Countertops

We installed black/green colored granite for the countertops.

Kitchen Cabinets

The cabinets were installed last night. They are a shaker style with a medium stain. The kitchen has an open floor plan with a bar area, so it should be really nice for entertaining.

 

Tile and Floor

The tile and hardwood floors have been installed. The bathrooms have subway tiles on the walls and 2 inch octagon tiles on the floor. The laundry room/mud room has 12 inch white tiles on the floor. The hardwoods in the kitchen are pine to match the existing floors in the rest of the house.

 

Drywall

The drywall goes in, and the house is really starting to look like a home!

 

Framing

With the demolition done it was time to put the house back together. We started by framing the new floorplan.

The Beginning

This is how it started. The house had a lot of curb appeal, but really needed some TLC on the interior.
