Rough In

After the new framing was done the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical were roughed in.

Framing

With the demolition done it was time to put the house back together. We started by framing the new floorplan.

Living room and wall to front bedroom/office.

Back bedroom and closet

We had to demo the exterior siding to get back to the original wood siding.

Next up was the demolition.
